ABOUT WILD WOMEN WONDER

Wild Women Wonder is a sanctuary for women, offering holistic support during life’s most transformative stages. Led by Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Heidi Davis, who brings over 30 years of experience, the mission is simple: to help women navigate transitions like motherhood, menopause, divorce, retirement, and loss with strength, creativity, and courage.  Heidi uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Techniques and Relationships Theory to help navigate through challenging times.

Heidi is also a certified Menopause Health Coach and assists women with managing perimenopause and menopause symptoms.  You will receive education and support and design an individualized “pause” plan to alleviate or shift symptoms.

Through a blend of therapy, Menopause Health Coaching, adventurous activities, and wellness workshops, Wild Women Wonder helps women reconnect with their true selves and live life authentically.

AWAKEN YOUR ADVENTUROUS SIDE

Heidi has always been an outdoor enthusiast. Rewilding has helped her process kids leaving the nest, job changes, relationship loss and more. Solo traveling, backpacking and hiking domestically and internationally has helped build confidence and allowed her tot let go of the old and make room for the new. She has trekked the Highland Way in Scotland, the Camino and Portugal, the Dolomites in Italy, the Dingle Way in Ireland and a New Zealand exploration. Learning new instruments, journaling, knitting and tackling Spanish is equally adventurous and important to wellness. Wild Women Wonder’s adventure activities will help you live your life more authentically.

Heidi accepts most health insurances in Montana and private pay and private pay only for people out-of-state.
