A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Heidi holds certifications in menopause health, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, herbalism, and women’s integrated care. Her holistic, strength-based approach blends modern therapy with alternative wellness practices addressing everything from hormonal shifts to creative expression. Heidi specializes in guiding middle aged women through life changes like perimenopause, menopause, kids leaving for college, retirement, grief, and caring for parents. Through compassion and clarity, she helps her clients break through barriers and rediscover their wild, authentic selves.
Heidi is also an adventurer having solo backpacked in the mountain ranges in MT and walking/hiking trails in different countries on her own. She has scampered across the Dolomites in Italy, the Highland Way in Scotland, the Camino from Porto,Portugal to Santiago, Spain and the Dingle Way in Ireland with her backpack and crashing at hostels, huts or camping. She has also explored numerous trails and walked the beaches in Iceland and New Zealand. These experiences build confidence, heal wounds and embolden her.
